If there are no local agencies coordinating this kind of work, perhaps you could start one yourself.
How Much Can You Make:
Human billboard pay isn't very high- usually around $10 per hour. But it could be an easy way to make a little extra cash as a part-time job and doesn’t require any outlay of money to start. If you can organize the entire job yourself, providing signs and costumes, you could charge more.
