The Idea:
Promote local crafters and sell their products for a commission
How it Works:
Many crafters love making things, but don't love selling their wares. A crafter's agent contacts local stores, bazaars and other venues to sell and promote their clients' handicrafts. For doing the legwork of selling, agents make a commission of 5-15% of the sales price.
How Much Can You Make:
With just a few clients, a crafter's agent can make a few hundred dollars a month. Build up your client base, however, and you can expect to make $30,000-50,000 a year handling hundreds of crafters selling goods in various places around your town.
